O n\u00famero representa 27,6% das fam\u00edlias do pa\u00eds. Ainda segundo o IBGE, entre 2003 e 2018, a aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de arroz caiu 37% entre as fam\u00edlias brasileiras. No caso do feij\u00e3o, no mesmo per\u00edodo, a aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o recuou em 50%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No Sa\u00fade com Ci\u00eancia desta semana, conversaremos sobre a elitiza\u00e7\u00e3o alimentar.
